Abstract

This paper critically analyses the book "Building power to shape labor policy. Unions, employer associations and reform in neoliberal Chile" by Pablo Pérez Ahumada, edited by the University of Pittsburgh Press and published in 2023. The review presents the central contents of the book and also argues why the book makes a contribution to understanding the course of labour reforms nowadays.
