Política social argentina na era pós-neoliberal: rumo a uma nova matriz de bem-estar social?
Abstract
The main objective of the article is to study the Argentine socio-security matrix during the Kirchner government (2003-2015) and, establishing continuities and ruptures, to investigate if this adopts a new configuration that departs from the one previously implemented during the Neoliberal deepening (1989-1999). From a methodological strategy that combines quantitative and qualitative tools, the article analyzes the set of programs implemented during the Kirchnerism, trying to detect which are the points of contact and break with the social policies that characterized the 90s. From the results have been obtained, it can be affirmed that the programs executed during 2003-2015 involved, in some cases, a progressive advance in relation to the previous period. However, there are certain continuities that do not allow us to sustain the emergence of a new configuration in the Argentine socio-assistance matrix.
