An interpretation of the different views on external restraint
Abstract
The external restriction to growth has been in the center of the Argentinian economic debate through decades. The analysis of its causes and the proposal of economic politics to overcome it, given by the Argentinian economists have been various. In this paper we present a scheme that permits to understand and compare those different views, both theoretical and of economic government programs.
